In general, cases or transactions not falling under any of the major areas of practice are classified as special projects. In other words, the Firm may handle any assignment, either as an advocate or consultant, even where a non-lawyer might otherwise be engaged. The usual motivation for bringing a counselor on board in these instances would be to ensure the highest level of protection for the party desiring to engage our services. Special projects recently performed have included, among many others, a feasibility study in asset acquisition, liaising with parties in the performance of contracts, a review of bid documents in a government procurement project, and a fraud investigation with regard to an insurance claim.
