Atty. Jonathan R. de Guzman is an associate at The Law Firm of Fiel Brillante Ronquillo Tible. He is engaged in the practice of litigation involving civil, real estate, criminal and labor laws, and intra-corporate disputes. He represents corporations and individuals before courts of law, and government agencies such as the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration, National Labor Relations Commission, Commission on Elections, and the Intellectual Property Office. He has assisted a corporate client before the Manila Economic and Cultural Office in Taiwan.
Jonathan has experience in settlement of estate proceedings and transfer of property; contract-drafting and contract review; preparation of pleadings, legal memorandum, and other legal documents.
Prior to passing the bar, Jonathan volunteered for the Child Justice League, Inc. a non-governmental organization and legal arm of the Department of Social Welfare and Development, which provides legal assistance to children and women that were victims of abuse.
He graduated from the Ateneo de Manila University with a degree of Bachelor of Arts, major in Political Science. He obtained his law degree from Lyceum of the Philippines University – Makati, College of Law in 2016, and was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2018.
