The Law Firm of Fiel Brillante Ronquillo Tible is pleased to welcome Atty. Jasper Alberto H. Lascano, ENP, CESO V, as its new Off Counsel, bringing a distinguished record of legal practice, public service, and executive leadership to the Firm.
With over 20 years of experience across the government and private sectors, Atty. Lascano specializes in Regulatory Laws, particularly in Mining, Energy, Environment, and Health, alongside Corporate and Labor Law. His previous leadership roles as Regional Director of the Mines and Geosciences Bureau (DENR) and Service Director of the Food and Drug Administration underscore his expertise in regulatory governance, policy development, and institutional reform.
His professional background also encompasses corporate legal practice, regulatory compliance, environmental planning, and strategic management. Complementing his Juris Doctor degree, he holds advanced degrees in Business Administration and Disaster Risk and Crisis Management, both earned with highest academic honors.
With his broad perspective and proven leadership, Atty. Lascano further strengthens the Firm’s capacity to address complex legal and regulatory challenges while advancing its commitment to practical, strategic, and client-focused legal solutions.
